What happened

Landlord applied for an ex parte order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The date on the N11 agreement to terminate was not clear, so the matter was sent to a hearing.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before December 4, 2021. If the unit is not vacated on or before December 4, 2021, then starting December 5, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
