What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit.
The ruling
The Landlord's application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Landlord shall refrain from ignoring the Tenant's reasonable inquiries, pay the Tenant $864 for rent abatement, and pay the Tenant $45 for the application filing fee.
