What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex by smoking marijuana in the rental unit, causing a noxious smell that bothered other tenants.
The ruling
The Tenant shall not smoke marijuana in the rental unit or on the residential complex in a manner that interferes with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or other tenants. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
