What happened

The ruling
The request to review the previous order is granted. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $11,411.34 in arrears, costs, and fees over a repayment plan. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord can apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
