Landlord applied for an order to evict Tenants because they occupied the superintendent's unit and their employment as superintendents had ended.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of March 1, 2021, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $14,565.93 in compensation for use of the unit from April 11, 2020 to March 1, 2021, and $175 for the cost of filing the applications. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 21, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
