The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of March 1, 2021, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $14,565.93 in compensation for use of the unit from April 11, 2020 to March 1, 2021, and $175 for the cost of filing the applications. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 21, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
