What happened

The ruling

The Landlord owes the Tenant $945.20 as of the order date, but is authorized to offset daily compensation of $54.21 starting January 20, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must pay $1,500.00 by January 31, 2022, or $3,149.00 by February 15, 2022, to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy.
