What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the full amount owing. The Tenant must pay $17,261.12 by January 31, 2023, or $18,617.95 by February 7, 2023, to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by February 7, 2023, and pay $15,435.16 plus $44.61 per day from January 18, 2023, until they move out.
