What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by September 9, 2022 and pay the Landlord $10,979.24 plus daily compensation of $91.47 from July 7, 2022 until move-out.
