What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by the Landlord and his spouse.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated by May 31, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting June 1, 2022.
