What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord intends to do major repairs or renovations to the rental unit.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 12, 2022. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 12, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $20.38 for each day he remains in the unit beginning February 01, 2022. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing on or before February 12, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated on or before February 12, 2022, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
