What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The Landlords also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The Landlords' application is dismissed because the N12 notice is invalid and the Landlords did not provide the required compensation to the Tenant or offer an acceptable alternative rental unit by the termination date.
