Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlords or another tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $32,673 to void the order and continue the tenancy by February 21, 2023. If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by February 21, 2023 and pay the Landlord $27,513.25 plus daily compensation of $82.16 per day starting February 8, 2023 until they move out.
