What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because they, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenants permitted in the residential complex have seriously impaired the safety of any person.

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction of the Tenants is denied on the condition that during the one-year period starting the day after this order has been issued, the Tenants shall not park or charge their electric scooter in the front yard of the rental complex and shall park and charge their electric scooter in the rear yard of the rental complex using the designated electrical plugs provided by the Landlord. If the Tenants fail to comply with these conditions, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
