What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 12, 2021. The tenant must also pay $39.01 per day in compensation starting April 2, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by April 12, 2021, the tenant will owe interest and the landlord can file the order for enforcement.
