What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,799.58 by July 31, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by July 31, 2022 and pay the Landlord $953.76, plus daily compensation of $52.90 from July 8, 2022 until move-out.
