What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must move out by August 23, 2022 and pay $10,811.33 plus $52.60 per day from July 21, 2022 until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting August 24, 2022 if the unit is not vacated.
