The Landlord's application is granted in part. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $3,410.34 for the reasonable costs of repairing and replacing the damaged property, and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $3,596.34. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 27, 2022, they will owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
