The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $10,159.38 by September 27, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by September 27, 2022, and pay the Landlord $5,022.43 plus $48.56 per day from July 20, 2022, until they move out.
