What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to undue damage to the premises and because the tenancy was entered into as a result of an agreement to purchase the condominium unit and the agreement has been terminated.

The ruling

The Landlord's claims for damage and compensation were dismissed without prejudice to pursue these issues in another forum. The tenancy was terminated as of January 25, 2021, the date the Tenants gave vacant possession of the rental unit to the Landlord.
