What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant seriously impairing the safety of the rental unit and property, and wilfully causing undue damage to the premises.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 28, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $186 for the cost of filing the application.
