The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,558.91, which includes rent arrears up to February 24, 2022 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $48.82 per day for compensation for use of the unit from February 25, 2022 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 7, 2022, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
