What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant causing wilful or negligent damage to the rental unit or residential complex, and substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlords or another tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective February 5, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlords $186 for the cost of filing the application.
