What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $15,499.06, which includes rent arrears up to September 28, 2021 and the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 30, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
