What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful rights, privileges or interests of the Landlord or another tenant. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by 2022-12-17, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
