What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenant did not void by paying the arrears.
The ruling
The order is varied to grant the Tenant conditional relief from eviction. The Tenant shall pay the rent arrears of $1,887.60 in installments from May 1, 2015 to August 31, 2015. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the balance becomes immediately due and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
