What happened
Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction due to non-payment of rent. The original order was issued, but the Public Guardian and Trustee requested a review on behalf of Tenant 1, who was declared incapable of managing her property. The review was granted as the Public Guardian and Trustee was not served with the original notice and did not consent to the order.
The ruling
The original order TSL-64624-15 issued on August 5, 2015, is cancelled. The Landlord's application is adjourned to a date to be set by the Board at the request of the Public Guardian and Trustee. The PGT is appointed as the litigation guardian for Tenant 1. Both parties must serve each other with relevant documents 10 days prior to the next hearing.
