What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 14, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $5,644.00 by that date. Tenants must pay $2,832.54 plus $64.92 per day starting January 15, 2022, for rent arrears and compensation. If full payment is not made by January 25, 2022, interest will be charged at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
