What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord or its representatives harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally, altered the locking system without providing replacement keys, and substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex.

The ruling

The Tenants' application is dismissed. VG was not a Tenant, and the Landlord was unaware of any unauthorized occupancy until after the Tenant had fully vacated the rental unit.
