What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying $2,764.80 by February 20, 2023. If not paid, Tenants must vacate by February 20, 2023. Landlord owes Tenants $998.61 after deducting arrears from rent deposit and interest, but can deduct $43.71 per day for use of the unit from January 6, 2023 until Tenants move out.
