What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord submitted a payment plan that had been agreed to by the Tenants, and the Board consented to issuing an order per those terms.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $11,826.95 for arrears of rent up to the end of January 2023 and costs, in accordance with a payment schedule. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
