What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay $6,243.59 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 28, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
