What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a Notice of Termination, but the N4 Notice was later found to be void due to errors.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $6,400.00 in rent arrears and $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by August 2, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
