The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 29, 2024. The Landlord waives all rent arrears to that date. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $50.63 per day for use of the unit starting March 1, 2024 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by February 29, 2024, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
