What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the previous order.

The ruling

The previous order LTB-L-044733-22 issued on September 29, 2022 is set aside. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of November 15, 2022. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 15, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by November 15, 2022, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
