What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $6,186 by January 31, 2023 or $6,786 by February 4, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $5,921.41 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by February 4, 2023.
