What happened

The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $8,368.15 in rent arrears and costs, in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. The Tenants shall also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid. If the Tenants fail to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
