What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payment of rent. The Tenants had vacated the rental unit prior to the hearing date.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay the outstanding rent arrears, application fee, and rent abatement by the specified deadlines. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by December 14, 2022. The Landlord is entitled to compensation for the Tenants' continued occupation of the unit after the hearing date.
