What happened
Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction due to Tenants' failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order. Tenants failed to pay rent on time and did not vacate as agreed. Landlord also sought payment of rent arrears.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022. Tenants must pay $7,598.14 plus $60.82 per day from February 18, 2022, until they vacate. If not paid by February 28, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
