What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $19,216.64 by November 15, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by November 15, 2022, and pay $16,328.65 plus $44.22 per day from October 27, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 16, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
