What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant paid all arrears for the period ending August 31, 2021 after the application was filed, and the only outstanding amount is part of the Landlord's application filing cost.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $181.72 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before December 31, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
