What happened
Landlord applied to terminate tenancy and evict Tenants due to wilful or negligent damage to premises and substantial interference with other tenants' reasonable enjoyment and Landlord's rights. The application was based on constant noise complaints and disturbances from April 2017 to March 2018, and alleged damage to the unit's front door knob.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2018. Tenants must vacate the unit by this date and pay $190.00 for the Landlord's application filing cost. If the unit is not vacated by June 30, 2018, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting July 1, 2018.
