What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants had paid all rent arrears except for $110 per month for a parking spot that the Landlord claimed the Tenants had been using since December 2020.
The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $880 for the parking spot fees from November 2021 to June 2022, and $186 for the application filing cost. If the full amount is not paid by July 9, 2022, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
