What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the need to do extensive repairs and renovations that require a building permit, and the Landlord's belief that the Tenant abandoned the unit.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated as of April 30, 2022, the date of termination identified on the N13 notice. If the unit is not vacated by March 21, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
