What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenants permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person and the act or omission occurred in the residential complex, and the Tenants, another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenants permitted in the residential complex has wilfully caused undue damage to the premises.

The ruling

The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application. The Tenants will not enter the parking garage for 12 months, the Tenants and/or their guests will refrain from loitering in the stairwells and will not tamper with or damage the property of other residents. If the Tenants fail to comply with these conditions, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction within 30 days. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
