What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The application was resolved by order TSL-23114-21, issued on July 30, 2021. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside order TSL-23114-21, which was heard on November 10, 2021. The Landlord's representative consented to the Tenant's motion to set aside the order because all amounts owing from the previous order have been paid in full.
