What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year by the Landlords' children.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2023. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Landlords are granted an extension to pay the one-month compensation to the Tenants by November 30, 2022. The last month's rent deposit will be applied to the final month's rent.
