What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The parties reached an agreement to maintain the tenancy.

The ruling

The motion to set aside the previous order SWL-42393-20 is granted. The previous orders SWL-42393-20 and SWL-26520-19 are cancelled and replaced by this order. The Tenant shall pay the lawful monthly rent for the 12-month period from April 1, 2020 to March 1, 2021 on or before the 1st of each month. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
