What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant paid the rent owing before the hearing but did not pay the application filing fee.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $80.09 for the balance of the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by October 16, 2020, the Tenant will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
