What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,599.98 by August 31, 2022 or $5,324.09 by September 11, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by September 11, 2022 and pay the Landlord $1,335.55 plus $56.68 per day of occupation after July 5, 2022.
