What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by June 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,152.03, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by June 28, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
